Booking & Pricing
How do I get a quote for my project?
Getting a quote is easy! Simply give us a call or fill out the contact form on our website with the details of your project. To provide the most accurate quote, please include the manufacturer, model number, or a link to the product you need assembled.
How does your pricing work?
Do you charge by the hour?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. For the majority of our services, we provide a flat-rate price. This means you’ll know the exact cost before we even begin, with no surprise fees or charges. We do not offer an hourly rate "only flat rates".
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes! We are confident in the quality of our work and stand behind every project we complete. We proudly include a furniture assembly warranty with all our services.
Service & Preparation
How long will my assembly take?
The time required depends on the complexity and size of the item. A single dresser might take an hour, while a large playset or IKEA kitchen can take a day or more. When you request a quote, we can give you a more accurate time estimate for your specific project.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
To help us work efficiently, please have the unopened boxes in the room where the item will be located. We also ask that you clear an adequate workspace for our technicians to assemble your product safely and correctly.
What happens if parts are missing or damaged in the box?
While rare, this can happen. If we discover missing or damaged parts during our inventory check, we will immediately notify you and provide you with the specific part numbers or information you need to request replacements from the manufacturer. We will work with you to reschedule the completion of your project as soon as the new parts arrive.
